Murano Crocodile Duffle Bag
At the centre of the front sits the head plate, with the raised horn scales running beneath it in a band and the flatter flank scales spreading to either side. Two vertical strips frame the panel and hold the arrangement in place.
It opens on a zip along the top. Twin rolled handles are wrapped and gathered under a collar. Gold studs sit under the base, and buckled fittings at each end take an adjustable shoulder strap.

Crocodile scales are horn rather than hide. Heat and direct sun dry them, and a dried tile lifts at the edge and will not lie flat again.
Wipe with a soft dry cloth along the run of the tiles. Blot rain rather than rubbing it, and let the piece dry in a cool room, never near a radiator or under a hairdryer.
Condition it two or three times a year with a product made for exotic leather, and use less than you think. Wax polish collects in the seams and takes the light out of them.
Keep it in its dust bag, unpressed and unstacked. Anything beyond a wipe is better brought to us.
