Burano Crocodile Tote
Everything is arranged around the skin. The head plate sits on the flap, the horn rows run beneath it in a band, and the flatter flank scales fill the sides and the base.
Twin rolled handles, and a flap that closes over a zip top. Two straps buckle down the front, above two outside pockets with flaps of their own. Rings at either end carry a detachable shoulder strap.
Inside, leather lining and a slot pocket. Black or brown, in one size.
Every skin is chosen individually, so no two pieces carry the same pattern.

Crocodile scales are horn rather than hide. Heat and direct sun dry them, and a dried tile lifts at the edge and will not lie flat again.
Wipe with a soft dry cloth along the run of the tiles. Blot rain rather than rubbing it, and let the piece dry in a cool room, never near a radiator or under a hairdryer.
Condition it two or three times a year with a product made for exotic leather, and use less than you think. Wax polish collects in the seams and takes the light out of them.
Keep it in its dust bag, unpressed and unstacked. Anything beyond a wipe is better brought to us.
