Giuseppe Lombardi is a small house. It makes shoes, bags, belts and accessories from exotic leather, by hand, one piece at a time. It is run by Youssef Loh and Soufian Mankou, and operated by Goldy Stuff Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Six skins run through the catalogue: crocodile, alligator, ostrich, python, stingray and lizard. Every hide is farm-raised, and where the species is listed under CITES it travels under permit. Nothing is embossed calf, nothing is printed, and nothing is taken from the wild.
A piece is cut after you order it. The skin is chosen and laid out before anything is stitched, which is why the pattern sits where it does and why no two pieces are marked the same way. It is also why there is a wait, and why we would rather you asked about sizing before you buy than after.
