Himalayan is the colouring, and it is the scarcest python comes in. That is the whole of the difference, and the whole of the reason it costs more. The shell, the lining and the making are the same as every other python case we build.
No two are alike. The markings fall where the skin put them, so the case that arrives is its own and not the one in the photograph.
Inside, a microfibre lining. The profile is slim and the edges stand a little proud of the screen and the camera, and it charges wirelessly through the case.

The scales are horn rather than hide, and they are what needs looking after. Keep the piece out of direct sun and away from radiators, which dry the tiles until their edges lift.
Wipe it with a soft dry cloth, working along the tiles rather than across them. If it is caught in rain, blot it and let it dry away from heat. Never dry it in front of a fire or with a hairdryer.
Use a conditioner made for exotic leather, sparingly, two or three times a year. Wax polish builds up in the seams between tiles and dulls them, so leave it alone.
Store it in its dust bag with nothing resting on it. Bring it to us before you attempt a repair.
