These terms govern the sale of goods through this website. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and orders

Our pieces are sold online only and availability may be limited.

Every piece is handcrafted and cut to order from natural exotic skins. Colour and texture vary from hide to hide. That variation is a property of the material, not a defect.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product page and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you place it.

Payment is taken at the time of order. Any taxes or customs duties charged in the destination country are payable by you.

Delivery

Shipping is free worldwide. Dispatch is within one business day of your piece being ready, and processing and shipping together run 5 to 15 business days. Our full delivery terms are set out on Shipping and Delivery.

Returns

Every piece is cut and made by hand to your order, and the specification is agreed with you before we start.

Where a piece is faulty, or is not the piece described and photographed on this site, or is not the specification we agreed, we replace it or refund you to your original method of payment at our expense and we cover the return shipping.

Where you simply change your mind or the fit is not right, the piece may still be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and complete. We issue store credit for the full amount you paid rather than returning the money to your bank. Our full terms are set out on Returns and Exchanges.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If you are buying as a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 may give you more than this clause does, and where they do, they apply.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is the property of Goldy Stuff Ltd and may not be used without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
