Garibaldi Crocodile Blazer
Crocodile finished as suede, which takes the gloss out and leaves the tiles to be read by shadow. Across the chest they are large and square. Down the sleeve they turn smaller and rounder, and the colour moves as the nap lies one way or the other.
Single-breasted, on a notched lapel, with two buttons at the front. Flap pockets at the hip, a welt pocket at the chest, and a soft shoulder that follows the body rather than squaring it.
Cognac, sizes S to XL.

Suede takes marks and holds them, so brush it with a soft suede brush in one direction and keep it well away from water. Use a suede protector once a season. Hang it on a broad hanger so the shoulder keeps its line, and have it cleaned by someone who works in exotic leather rather than attempting a stain at home.

Size guide
These are body measurements, not the measurements of the jacket. Find the row your own measurements fall in, then read the cut below.

The cut of this one
Tailored fit. Take your usual size to wear it over a shirt. If a knit goes underneath, take the next size up: the skin has no give, so a jacket that is tight stays tight.
- Tailored
- Cut close to the body.
- Regular
- Cut with room for a shirt or a fine knit.
- Relaxed
- Cut generously, to be worn over layers.
How to measure
Measure over the underwear you would normally wear, not over a jumper, and keep the tape level and close without pulling it tight.
Chest. Around the fullest part, under the arms, with your arms down.
Waist. Around the narrowest part of the natural waist, above the navel.
Neck. Around the base of the neck, with one finger between the tape and the skin.
If you fall between two rows, take the larger. Exotic skin does not stretch to fit the way a woven cloth does.
Every piece is cut and finished by hand, so one may differ from another by a centimetre or so.
