Firenze Python Sneaker
The pattern is read by light rather than by colour, whether the skin is left natural or dyed black. The rows are widest over the toe and grow tighter along the quarters, so the shape of the shoe is legible in the pattern itself.
Flat laces through metal eyelets, a pull tab at the heel, and a tan cow leather lining that shows against the upper. The insole is full grain.
The outsole is rubber, moulded thick and cut for grip. Black or natural snake back, sizes 38 to 44, true to size.
Every skin is chosen individually, so no two pieces carry the same pattern.

Python scales overlap in one direction, like roof tiles, and that direction decides how the piece is cleaned. Always wipe from the head end towards the tail, along the way the scales lie. Wiping against them lifts the edges and they do not settle back.
A soft dry cloth is enough. Keep the piece out of direct sun, which fades the markings, and away from damp, which is what makes scales curl.
Condition it lightly and rarely with a product made for snake skin. Too much softens the scale edges and they begin to catch.
Store it flat or lightly stuffed, in its dust bag. A lifted scale can often be laid back down by a specialist, so bring it in rather than gluing it.
We ship worldwide. If a piece is faulty on our side we replace it or refund you. The choice is yours.

How to measure
In order to select the correct shoe size, we recommend you measure your feet using the following guidelines.
Wear the kind of socks or tights you would normally wear with this type of shoe.
Stand up straight on a flat surface with your heel against a wall. If necessary, ask someone else to help you take the measurements.
Measure from the base of your heel, keeping it pressed against the wall, to the tip of your longest toe.
Always measure both feet and use your longest foot as your benchmark.
