Python, cut from the back of the snake, so the wide diamond markings sit along the middle of the case and the smaller scales fall away towards the edges.
Natural keeps the grey and white of the skin. Black takes it to a single colour, where the scales read as texture rather than pattern. Gold, blue, red and white-grey are cut the same way.
Inside, a microfibre lining. The profile is slim and the edges stand a little proud of the screen and the camera, and it charges wirelessly through the case. Made for iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max and iPhone Air.

The scales are horn rather than hide, and they are what needs looking after. Keep the piece out of direct sun and away from radiators, which dry the tiles until their edges lift.
Wipe it with a soft dry cloth, working along the tiles rather than across them. If it is caught in rain, blot it and let it dry away from heat. Never dry it in front of a fire or with a hairdryer.
Use a conditioner made for exotic leather, sparingly, two or three times a year. Wax polish builds up in the seams between tiles and dulls them, so leave it alone.
Store it in its dust bag with nothing resting on it. Bring it to us before you attempt a repair.
