Track your order

Follow a piece from the atelier to your door.

Enter the order number from your confirmation email and the email address you ordered with.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Ordered with an account? Sign in and every order is listed for you.

If tracking has not moved

Processing and shipping run 5 to 15 business days, and tracking often shows nothing for the first part of that while the piece is still being made. Nothing is wrong.

If tracking says delivered and it is not with you

Check with anyone else at the address and with your neighbours first. If it is genuinely missing, report it to your local authorities, then write to us and we will help with whatever documentation you need.

If you cannot find your order number

It is in your confirmation email. If you ordered with an account you will also find it under your account. Failing both, write to us with the name and email you ordered under.
