We offer 1-day dispatch. All orders for our products include FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct. We speed up processing time, so there is a very small window to correct an address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided incorrect information.

Lost/Stolen Packages

www.giuseppelombardi.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for settling any import duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

Out of Stock Process

In the event of an out-of-stock item, we will wait for all items in the order to be in stock before dispatching.

1. Handcrafted to Order Policy

All Giuseppe Lombardi products are meticulously handcrafted and cut to order from premium exotic leathers. Because each item is crafted specifically for you upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds to the original method of payment. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Store Credit & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with the fit or size of your footwear, we are pleased to offer a direct exchange or Store Credit for the full purchase amount. Requests for exchanges or store credit must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned entirely unworn, in pristine condition, and with all original packaging intact.

3. Scope of Warranty

Every product undergoes strict quality control. If an item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will repair or replace it at our expense. This limited warranty does not cover subjective preferences or natural variations.

4. Non-Accepted Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credit for:

• Change of mind or personal taste/preference.
• Minor natural leather variations (grain, pores, scale pattern, tone). Exotic leathers are natural materials; small variations in texture or scale size are not defects.
• Signs of use, wear, bending, creasing, or walking on the outsoles.
• Damage caused after delivery.

5. Request Procedure

Contact us within 14 days of delivery via our contact page or email to request an exchange or store credit. You must include your order number and clear photos/videos of the item (including the pristine outsoles). We do not accept items shipped back to us without prior authorization.

6. Return Shipping & Costs

• Customer Responsibility: For size exchanges or store credit, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Our Fault: If an exchange is approved due to a manufacturing defect or our error, Giuseppe Lombardi will cover the return shipping.
• Rejected Claims: If an item is returned and inspection shows signs of wear, the exchange will be rejected and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
